About Me
Hi, I'm Lizzie Kemp, a dedicated therapist and proud mum to two lovely girls. My journey in supporting mental and physical health began over 20 years ago through fitness, where I gained qualifications in personal training, fitness instruction, and nutrition before transitioning into psychology.

With an MSc in Applied Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, along with specialised training in Systemic Family Practice, Substance Misuse, and Motivational Interviewing, I’ve spent the last 15 years helping individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, emotional well-being, and substance misuse. My experience includes 11 years working with substance misuse and 4 years in child and adolescent mental health.

In my free time, I love getting outdoors, especially hiking mountains, which helps me recharge mentally. I’m passionate about empowering others to break negative cycles, reconnect with themselves, and reach their full potential through a multi-modal psychological approach.

My private practice is here to offer personalised therapy, and I also share free community support and resources online. Feel free to reach out if you think I can help!
